60-Day Change of Mind Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Returns exclude: custom-made or personalised products, perishable goods (including rubs and sauces), special orders, and items marked as Final Sale, Ex-Demo or Display Items.

Fees & Shipping

  • 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original shipping, insurance, priority processing fees, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • If free shipping was included in your original purchase, the actual freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at 1300 002 771 or sales@flamingcoals.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA).
  2. Pack the item securely with the RMA form and proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.


Exchanges

Contact our customer service team to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the above return criteria.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@flamingcoals.com.au with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your invoice number

We will:

  • Arrange an exchange at our expense, or

  • Offer a full refund upon return

Important: Do not use the product before reporting the issue, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.


2. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.


3. Lost or Stolen Items

Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address or depot. We are not liable for lost or stolen items post-delivery.
