Stainless Steel Parrilla Argentina Grill With Brasero

If you have just purchased the Flaming Coals Parrilla Argentina Grill with Brasero, you are in for a serious upgrade to your open-fire cooking. This grill is designed for authentic Argentinian-style barbecuing with full control, beautiful heat distribution, and the kind of flavour you can only get from real charcoal and hardwood. To help you get the most out of your new setup, here is a simple step-by-step guide to assembling your Parrilla so it is built correctly and ready for its first cook.

Whether you are a first-time Parrilla owner or adding another Flaming Coals unit to your backyard kitchen, this walkthrough will make the build clear, steady, and stress free.

Unboxing And Getting Everything Ready

Start by opening the box and taking out every part of the Parrilla. Lay everything out so you can see the base, brackets, fire bricks, hardware and accessories. A clean and open workspace helps the whole process go smoothly.

Building The Base And Attaching The Wheels

Begin by placing the Parrilla base upside down. Line up the wheel bracket plate with the holes on the base and bolt it down firmly. Once the bracket is fixed, screw the side supports into the same plate to build out the frame structure.

Now attach the four caster wheels. These allow you to move the Parrilla around your outdoor area with ease. When the wheels are on and tightened, flip the entire base upright and bolt the front and back supports onto the side supports. This completes the trolley frame.

Securing The Grill Assembly

Inside the main tub, you will see fire bricks surrounding the grill assembly upright bracket. Remove the bricks carefully and make sure you note the pattern they were set in so you can return them correctly later.

Lower the full grill assembly into the bracket inside the tub and loosely secure it with bolts. Once in place, align the external grill assembly support bracket on the side of the tub and screw it in. Tighten all the bolts on the brackets so the assembly is locked in securely.

Return the bricks to their original positions. With someone helping you, lift the main tub and position it on the trolley. Bolt the tub down so it is firmly attached and cannot shift during use.

Attaching The Rotisserie Components

Next, attach the rotisserie bracket and rotisserie support brackets to the grill assembly frame. This allows you to take full advantage of the Flaming Coals rotisserie system, giving you even more versatility when cooking over live fire.

Installing The Door Supports, Grill Guides And Wheel

Bolt the door support brackets to the trolley. After that, bolt the grill guides into position on the tub to help the grill frame move smoothly when adjusting the cooking height.

Now screw the wheel handle onto the height-adjusting tube, slide the main wheel onto the tube and secure it using the supplied nut and bolt. Install the brake lever underneath the wheel so you can lock your height adjustments in place during a cook.

Finishing The Frame And Setting Up The Firebox

Screw the side tables into position to give yourself extra working space. Place the firebox into its support inside the main tub, ready for charcoal or hardwood.

Lower the grill frame into its guides and connect the wire loops over the hooks on the frame. Finish the setup by adding the grills and the drip tray.

Your Flaming Coals Parrilla Argentina Grill with Brasero is now fully assembled and ready for action. From high heat searing to controlled slow grilling, you now have one of the most versatile live fire cooking systems in your backyard.
