Is there a saying more truly Australian than "put another shrimp on the barby"? Today, though, we're going to demonstrate our pride in our country by showing you how to make the tastiest prawns on a rotisserie spit.

If you're lucky, you'll have a beachfront setting with family and friends and this stunning prawn recipe is SO EASY to make. A cold bottle of wine and some crusty bread are highly advised!

Let's get started with the prawns on the rotisserie. The following are needed:

Ingredients:

  1. Lemon juice
  2. Olive oil
  3. Garlic
  4. Chopped Dill
  5. Prawns (we are using king)
  6. Kosmos Q ‘The Best’ Garlic Jalapeño

Step 1: Prawns should be marinated in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and dill. For 10 minutes, put the container in the fridge.
