Hello, I'm Rhiannon, and today I'll show you how to attach the Flaming Coals Temp Master pro to an offset smoker.

You must additionally purchase the Universal Adapter in order to connect the Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro to an offset smoker. The majority of offset smokers will fit the Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro. While we are using the Flaming Coals Offset Smoker for this demonstration, the Temp Master pro may be fitted on any offset smoker that has side vents.

One of the vents must be taken out first.

Simply remove the vent and remove the screw. Remove the screw after removing the vent from the back of the universal adapter.

Once you have removed the screw simply line up the hole on the back of the Universal Adapter to the hole on the side of the smoker where you removed the vent. The universal adapter should be pressed up to the vent hole, and the screw should be inserted from the firebox.

Screw should be tightened to keep in place. Once the Offset Smoker and Universal Adapter have been securely fastened.

The fan's installation will come next. Just align it, then turn it in a clockwise motion. The next way to get the fan going is to simply plug the Temp Master Pro Control box into the side once you've fastened it to your offset smoker.

The other ports on this device are used to plug the transformer and temperature probe to a 240-volt power socket.

We are now connecting the 240-volt transformer.

Simply turn on/off switch on the side once you've plugged this up to power. A superior Sennheiser probe is included with the Temp Master Pro.

You clip this into the inside of your smoker and plug it into the side.

Simply clip the probe inside your grill to gauge the temperature inside your offset smoker.
