How to prepare Souvlaco’s using the Flaming Coals Offset Smoker

Step 1: Cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos, endives, olive oil, and sea salt flakes can be combined to make a simple salad.

Step 2: The chopped ingredients should be combined with the olive oil, sea salt flakes, and seasoning in a bowl.

Step 3: Greek style yoghurt, chipotle chilli powder, and jalapenos should all be mixed together in a bowl to make your sauce.

Step 4: Your tortillas should be heated and prepared over the firebox in the Flaming Coals offset smoker. When they are wonderfully charred, take them out and start putting your souvlacos together.

Step 5: Then, add the sauce, followed by the fresh salad and pulled lamb shoulder.

Step 6: Finish by sprinkling with Aleppo pepper.

There you have it! Not quite souvlaki, not quite a taco! It’s a Souvlaco!
