Do you enjoy tender pork ribs? If you do, then you’re about to get really excited!

It's simpler than you might think to make juicy, flavorful, restaurant-quality smoked ribs at home! You can quickly prepare these amazing pork ribs for your guests and family at home with the Flaming Coals offset smoker!

Start with some great quality pork ribs, but if this is your first time cooking, feel free to buy cheap ribs from Aldi, Costco, or other stores until you've mastered the technique!

The membrane on the back of your pork ribs should be removed before you lightly season with your favourite rub. The Kosmos Q Dirty Bird on ribs is highly recommended. The sweetness, colour, and flavour are going to be incredible!

However, we added a tiny bit of rosemary to the Flaming Coals Traditional lamb rub in today's recipe! To discover the flavour profile you want, however, feel free to experiment with different flavours.

Get those racks into the preheated Flaming Coals offset after they have been rubbed. You want the chamber temperature to be around 275 f. Give those roughly 1.5 hours to cook.

It's time to prepare your wrap while they are smoking and soaking up all of that beautiful, rich smokey goodness. Spread a thick layer of butter, Canadian maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce over pink butcher paper.

Lay the first rack on the paper, then cover it with the second rack by sandwiching it between the first and adding more butter, maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce. Then tightly wrap your rib sandwich to keep all that moisture and delicious goodness in by repeating the same procedure on top!

Put it back to the smoker to complete the cooking. Once the meat is sliding off the bone and is swimming in a pool of buttery, sweet, delicious goodness, remove your ribs from the oven.
